Divided into three parts or meditations, on-air (7m) locates human and non-human relationality through a shared breath. An expanded definition of Breathwork is applied to approach the complexities of breathing together in the midst of crisis. on-air centres feeling and Deep Listening* as a response to our bodies as they breathe in their environments.
